Smaller Windows Server
One of the things Microsoft is busy with is Server vNext, which they are planning to release next year. Meanwhile the company is also working on a small-sized server to take out the issues faced by those on cloud-based alternatives, as well as on the standard server version. These products are expected to come with Windows live chat support from the tech giant.
A recent leak by the infamous WZor shows a threadbare deployment version of the new software server, which is currently called Nano Server. This is supposed to be the next big thing in cloud OS and infrastructure. Some of the slide show complaints from users about having to reboot their systems after patches failed to apply rightly, when they tried this with rarely used components. Also common are protracted and disruptive reboots.
Nano Server, meanwhile, is meant for cloud infrastructure, and supports only “born-in-the-cloud apps”, such as PaaSv2 and ASP.NET V.next. What the product is aiming for is a minimal footprint left after operations rendering, while apps and optional features would be housed outside the platform. Nano Server includes Core PowerShell, which the user can access while on the move. This allows system admins the chance for remote management or automation. There is a lot of PowerShell used in the new product, with PS language compatibility, and support for cmdlets written C#, PowerShell, and CIM.
Nano Server Support
Since this would be operated without the benefit of a GUI, the remote management will include a slew of local tools, like Task Manager, Registry Editor, Event Viewer, File Explorer, Performance Monitor, etc. There will also bet the option for remote debugging with this option, which is great news for coders.
The smaller size allows for faster startup and deployment, and the lack of a sizable footprint means that this will require less in the way of resources, as opposed to a full server. This is also way more secure since the attack surface is much smaller. Microsoft is saying that there will also be a higher density for container-based apps and micro-services.
Expected to be like other services with Windows live chat support, this server is set to hit release in the form of a limited TAP preview early this year. But the company made it clear that this won”t be included with the Windows Server Preview.

Leave a reply Microsoft tech support
Though keyboard is not a perfect alternative for mouse, most of the actions you need to perform using a mouse can be done with your keyboard. According to the Windows tech support, knowing how to double up your keyboard to do the tasks otherwise performed by mouse in a Windows computer will help you save your time in case your mouse breaks down or suffers from any critical faults. This article attempts to describe the easiest method to program your keyboard keys to substitute mouse.
As the option to convert your keyboard to mouse is not set by default, you need to make necessary changes in the settings to enable this feature. Navigate to the option that says Make the mouse easier to use and enable the option titled Turn on mouse keys. By default, Windows converts the numpad keys into the mouse substitute. However, if you wish to use other keys on your keyboard, you can program them as well.
Instructions
If you have programmed the numpad keys to use as mouse substitute, make use of the 6-9 and 1-4 keys to hover the mouse pointer to the desired direction. The keys with movement arrows will remain so without any changes. To learn how to program other keys as mouse substitute, visit the Microsoft support site or contact the Windows tech support experts.
Another important benefit of programming the keyboard keys as mouse substitute is that it offers total keyboard portability. The users are allowed to execute from different location after the programming. Though the movement keys are assigned with default actions, users can program them differently if they wish so.
Microsoft Windows
The mouse buttons such as left, middle and right will also have substitute keys on the keyboard. 0, Enter and 5 keys are mapped respectively for the mouse buttons.
A frequent concern raised by some about the mouse substitute keyboard is about its ability to scroll up and down. You can use / or * keys on your numpad to scroll up or down.
In addition to these, you can use your mouse turned keyboard for various other functions like changing the speed of the mouse pointer while working on different applications.
According to experts, mapping the keyboard keys for mouse functions is highly appreciated if you are on a laptop and touch-mouse does not function. In case if you wish to avail professional assistance while mapping your keyboard, get in touch with the Windows tech support.

Most of these programs will have an option that allows you to take a backup. Run the program and clean your registry entries.
Windows Live Essential Programs
In order to increase the virtual memory of your computer, select the option Start. Go to Control Panel. In the Control Panel window, choose System and Security. Under this option, choose System. Leave a reply Windows live help
The online gaming service kicked off by Windows is called Games for Windows Live. With the help of this service, Windows PC users can connect to the LIVE service. Windows Live PC Marketplace is a client where you could buy games for your Windows PC. A large number of titles from different genres are available at the Marketplace. Only trial versions of games and trailers were available at the outset but later full versions were added. Games could be either purchased or downloaded using MS points. In addition, it is priced very competitively and that is why it has achieved very high fan following. A few of the different titles available are quantum of solace, halo and resident evil. This site would have been a regular for hardcore gamers who are diehard fans of Bioshock and Ace Combat Assault horizon, but that will be only a memory now since the curtains are closing down on Windows Live PC Marketplace on August 22. This means that no more games can be downloaded from the Marketplace.
Time to use up!
Microsoft is urging its customers to use the MS points now and not wait post August 22nd, but the company has not mentioned whether the points will get expired or not. The games for Windows Live client will still continue and offer support to its customers who have already bought their games. Windows Live help would be provided to its customers who require help in the installation and repair of the games.
Windows games
Game freaks will now have to depend on other market places to download games. If you are having a game that is purchased from the Marketplace, it is better that you buy add-on packs and patches now itself, as it is unclear whether they can be bought post August 22nd. But the Windows Live client will be still available for the existing games you have purchased and you need not worry.
Microsoft is also in the process of converting the MS points into real currency for the purchase of anything from the Marketplace and if you are not in possession of a Microsoft device, you can contact Microsoft and they will help you out. Other game Marketplaces might benefit from this closure and this would even tighten the competition. The existing gamers can have a breather as Windows Live help provides support.
