Type in md \MessengerContent in the command prompt and hit the Enter key in your keyboard.
At the next command prompt, type in xcopy /s %userprofile%\Local Settings\Microsoft\Messenger\<Windows Live ID>\ObjectStore\*.* \MessengerContent. Replace Windows Live ID with your actual email address of Windows Live. After that, press the Enter key. Doing this will make a folder at C:\MessengerContent, which contains all your messenger icons.
You can then copy the folder C:\MessengerContent to a pen drive or a CD.
Turn on the computer to which you need to transfer the emoticons and exit Windows Live Messenger if it is open.
Click on the Start button, select Run and type in CMD.EXE in the open window. Click on the Browse button to open the command prompt window. Windows Help
Type in the drive that contains the Windows Live Messenger icons. For instance, if you have saved the folder to a CD, then the drive could be D:\. After typing the drive name, you can press the Enter key.
Type in xcopy /s *.* %userprofile%\Local Settings\Microsoft\Messenger\<Windows Live ID>\ObjectStore in the next command prompt that appears. Remember to replace the Windows Live ID with you actual email address of the Windows Live Messenger program. After doing these steps, hit the Enter key.
Open the Windows Live Messenger program and log in to see the emoticons that you have just imported to it.
